Policies

Bondage N Boston strives to adhere to the Kink Educators and Producers Code of Conduct.

We ask that you hold yourself, us, and the rest of the community accountable when incidents happen. You can always reach out to us directly.

We are dedicated to working through incidents following the Transformative Justice Model whenever possible, and we hope to build shareable resources rather than canceling, punishing, shaming, or perpetuating harm.

Our Consent Policy is a living, changing, growing policy. If you would like to see amendments or alterations, please discuss with one of our team members. We are always open to hearing and learning from our members.

COVID-19 Policy

Guidelines are subject to change in relation to current events and local health needs. Please check back frequently so we can continue to safely practice together.

Bondage N Boston is committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all of our students and will follow all mandates and recommendations from federal, state, and city entities.

We encourage all students to monitor their well-being, to test when notified of exposure, and to stay home if testing positive for Covid. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask at any time for any reason.

Payment Policies

Following registration, classes are only scheduled that meet the registration threshold. Once your invoice is complete, your seat in the class is held. If you choose to cancel your registration following payment, a refund can only be issued if your seat can be filled by another participant. Often, our classes have waitlists, so depending on the timing of the withdrawal, it may be possible, but refund is not a guarantee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of class are non-refundable.

When students are absent, we will make a reasonable effort to provide a virtual option with the understanding that a virtual class experience is compromised in comparison to the in-person experience.

Materials sold by BNB are used immediately during class and are not eligible for return.

For payments returned as a result of insufficient funds or mistakes in the process that result in fees for the merchant, it is expected that the registrant will pay those funds when resubmitting fees.
